The invention claims a base station a wireless emitting/receiving unit (WTRU) and a method. the base station comprising a plurality of antennas and is configured forming receiving wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprising information of at least one channel quality indicator and the at least one matrix indicator circuit wherein the channel quality indicator indicating a modulation and coding information; wherein the circuit and further is configured to process first data forming using a first modulation and coding based on the received information and to process the second data using a second modulation and coding and wherein the circuit further is configured using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) spatial multiplexing. to substantially synchronously transmitting the first data and the second data to the WTRU through the plurality of antennas.
