Abstract  Abstract

PROCESSES AND TREATMENT DEVICES FOR THE EMISSION OF INFORMATION SYMBOLS ON MULTIPLEXED CHANNELS, AND CORRESPONDING TREATMENT FOR RECEPTION. A diagram for multiplexing the transport channel on one or more communication channels is adapted to operate in a normal and a compressed mode, thus requiring a more reliable symbol rate, in which idle periods are predicted on communication channels. In order to adapt rates in each of the transport channels, the symbols are stamped in two different times: the marked symbols are initially introduced, which undergo several processing steps, particularly interleaved with other bits of information before excluded from the transmission sequence. The processing steps can be similarly transported in normal and compressed modes, which limit the complexity of communication.
