Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit/receive a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledge/negative acknowledge (ACK/NACK) guaranteeing orthogonality for a plurality of users in a time and frequency domain.

SOLUTION: A CDM segment is mapped one time to a first OFDM symbol for an ACK/NACK signal the CDM segment being mapped by the spread of the ACK/NACK signal for transmitting an ACK/NACK resource set #1 to a specified UE (step 1108) and the CDM segment is mapped two times to a second OFDM symbol for the ACK/NACK signal (steps 1114 and 1118). A resource set #2 maps two times a CDM segment to the first OFDM symbol for an ACK/NACK signal the CDM segment being mapped by the spread of the ACK/NACK signal to be transmitted to other UE (steps 1112 and 1116) and maps one time the CDM segment to the second OFDM symbol for ACK/NACK signal transmission (step 1120).
