Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee that N ACKs/NAKs are arranged correctly.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to wireless communications and discloses a method and an apparatus for feeding back and receiving acknowledgement (ACK) information of a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packet. The method comprises: receiving a downlink data packet and an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from a base station (BS) in which k (k<N) of the downlink data packet are SPS data packets and the uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) indicates a number N (N is larger than one) of the downlink data packets transmitted by the BS; creating a feedback signal including N acknowledgements/non-acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) for acknowledging N downlink data packets in which k ACKs/NAKs of the k SPS data packets are placed from (N-k+1)th to Nth position of the N ACKs/NAKs; and transmitting the feedback signal to the BS starting from the ACK/NAK at the first position.
