Abstract  Abstract

The scheme of this invention belongs to wireless communication field. A feedback and receiving method and apparatus of the responding information of semi-persistent scheduling packet are provided. The feedback method of the responding information of the semi-persistent scheduling packet includes the steps that downlink data and uplink data assignment index UL DAI transmitted from the base-station is received wherein the value of the UL DAI expresses the number N of the downlink packets. The ACK/NAKs of k semi-persistent scheduling packets in the downlink data are placed at the positions of the (N-k+1)th to the Nth ACK/NAK and the N ACK/NAKs are fed back to the base-station. It ensures the accurate array of the N feedback ACK/NAKs by this method of feeding back the responding information of the semi-persistent scheduling packet.
