Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee that N ACK/NAKs are correctly arrayed.

SOLUTION: According to the present invention there are disclosed a method and device for feeding back and receiving acknowledgement (ACK) information of a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packet. The method comprises: receiving from a base station (BS) downlink data packets k (k<N) downlink data packets of which are SPS data packets and an uplink data allocation indicator (UL DAI) indicating the number N (N: plural) of downlink data packets transmitted by the BS; generating a feedback signal including N acknowledgement/negative acknowledgements (ACK/NAK) for confirming N downlink data packets in which k ACK/NAKs of k SPC data packets are arranged at (N-k+1)th to (N)th positions of the N ACK/NAKs; and transmitting to the BS the feedback signal starting with the ACK/NAK at the first position.
