Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that N numbers of ACK/NAKs are correctly arranged.

SOLUTION: This invention discloses a method and device for feeding back and receiving acknowledgement (ACK) information of a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packet in radio communication. The method includes: allowing K (k<N) numbers of downlink data packets to receive from a base station (BS) a downlink data packet being an SPS data packet and an uplink and downlink allocation indexes (UL DAI) showing N which is the number of the downlink data packets transmitted by the BS (N is plural); allowing K numbers of ACK/NAKs for k numbers of SPS data packets to form a feedback signal including N numbers of acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NAK) for acknowledging N numbers of downlink data packets arranged between the (N-k+1)-th and the N-th positions among N numbers of ACK/NAKs; and transmitting the feedback signal to the BS from starting the ACK/NAK at the first position.
