Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee proper array of N pieces of ACKs/NAKs.

SOLUTION: A method and apparatus for feeding back and receiving acknowledgment (ACK) information of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets are disclosed. The method includes: receiving downlink data packets for which k pieces (k<N) of downlink data packets are SPS data packets and an uplink data allocation indicator (UL DAI) indicating a number N (N is plural) of the downlink data packets transmitted by a base station (BS) from the BS; forming feedback signals including N pieces of acknowledgements/non-acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) for acknowledging N pieces of downlink data packets for which k pieces of ACKs/NAKs of k pieces of the SPS data packets are arranged at positions from (N-k+1)-th order to N-th order of N pieces of ACKs/NAKs; and transmitting the feedback signals starting from the ACK/NAK at the first position to the BS.
