Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To explain a method for accessing a service belonging to a service provider.SOLUTION: At least one service provider is discovered by executing a first discovery procedure, and then a bootstrap procedure is executed along with the at least one discovered service provider. A second discovery procedure is then executed, and an available service capability layer (SCL) supported by at least one service provider is determined. The first discovery procedure includes transmitting a service provider discovery request including the information for querying the record database to determine a matching service provider discovery record, and receiving a service provider discovery response including a service discovery function record list matching the query in the service provider discovery request.
