Abstract
The present invention relates to a field of communication and discloses a method for accessing a service implemented by a wireless transmit / receive unit (WTRU) and a wireless transmit / receive unit (WTRU). The method comprises the following steps: a service capability layer (SCL) discovery process for determining an available service capability level SCLs, wherein the SCL discovery process comprises: transmitting a service discovery (DNS-SD) query based on a domain name system to a DNS (M2M) service discovery function (MSDF) server, wherein the DNS-SD MSDF server is provided with an SCL discovery record; and receiving an SCL discovery record from the DNS-SD MSDF server in response to the DNS-SD query. The wireless transmit / receive unit (WTRU) includes means for performing the above-described method. Whereby the available service capability level SCLs is implemented.
