Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims method for user equipment and user equipment method for eNodeB and eNodeB. User equipment (UE) based on virtual uplink resource allocation pre-configured by UE and eNodeB calculates virtual power margin for unscheduled uplink component carrier. According to one example the largest transmission power of UE is set as preconfigured fixed value. Alternatively in consideration of power descending UE calculates the largest transmission power at the same time sets uplink emission power as zero. Then virtual power margin is transmitted to eNodeB then it can be of the estimation for not adjusting the uplink component carrier of link path loss and/or per resource block power and also can be inferred from the UE using the descending power. Allow the at the end of the uplink link scheduling component carrier of the future uplink link transmission is more accuracy adjusting.
