Capillary network equipment (that is, without IMSI equipment) can be connected to EPC by household WLAN.WLAN can be configured that perhaps WLAN can indicate network to be responsible for flow by house-owner: if application server patronage flow or if network operators compensating flowrate, will allow flow.In the case where no IMSI equipment and network operator have business relations, WLAN can permit equipment and network authentication, and obtain device identifier from network.In the case where no IMSI equipment and SCS have a business relations wherein SCS and network operator have business relations, WLAN can permit equipment and network authentication.
