Embodiments of the present disclosure are described for use in a wireless communication network to transmit such technology and configuration of small payload data of machine type communication (MTC) data. the system may include interworking function (IWF) features for receiving less than through a wireless communication network to user equipment (UE) sends from a machine type communication (MTC) server previously configured triggering of the data payload of the threshold value. and the first reference point to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) or a serving GPRS (general packet radio service) support node (SGSN) of the first module or through the second reference point to a home location register (HLR) or home subscriber server (HSS) of second module sends the data payload and forwarding the data payload of the request to the UE.
