Abstract
A method for connecting the called user is applied to the network system which contains a circuit switch domain and an IP multimedia subsystem. The method includes: when receiving the service request transmitted to the serviced user the network selection policy query entity obtains the current selection policy of the called connecting network from the network selection policy entity and connects the called user according to the connecting network control route designed by the policy; when determining that the called user can not be reached in the called connecting network the service is forwarded to the other connecting network control route and the called user is reconnected meanwhile the circle forwarding between two called connecting network is prevented. There are a communication apparatus and a network system at the same time.
