This invention claims a method of connecting the called user applied in the network containing circuit switch (CS) domain and IP multimedia sub-system (IMS); the network selection decision-making inquiring entity obtains the present called connection network selection decision-making from the network selection decision-making entity when receiving the service request sent to the served user and connects the called user according to the called connection network control routing appointed by the decision-making; when the called user is ascertained not available in said called connection network it is transmitted to another called connection network control routing to reconnect the called user and the circular connection between two called networks is prevented. This invention further claims a network system.
