Abstract  Abstract

An object of the present invention is to solve the problem indicated by CCO-to-GERAN failure when a mobile terminal is in E-UTRAN connected mode, ISR is ON, and RA does not change. A wireless terminal can communicate with two different types of radio access networks (RAN) (304, 306). The wireless terminal can simultaneously register with the first and second types of RAN, and can wirelessly connect to either the first or second type in the connected state. When the wireless terminal is registered in both the first and second RANs and wirelessly connected to the first RAN in the connected state, the wireless terminal transmits a mobility signal indicating the second type RAN via the first RAN. By receiving and receiving the mobility signal, an access trigger signal is transmitted by being registered in the first and second RANs (417). The access trigger signal indicates that the wireless terminal is connected to the second RAN in the connected state. (Selection) Figure 4
