A non-transient computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a user equipment, UE, configures the UE to perform operations to dynamically change the configuration of the uplink frame structure and the downlink, comprising the operations: transmitting (602), by an evolved Node B, eNodeB, which operates in time division duplex mode, TDD, a Type 1 System Information Block, SIB 1, which includes information a first uplink and downlink subframe configuration; and transmitting (608), by the eNodeB, in at least one downlink subframe of a radio frame configured in the first uplink and downlink subframe configuration, information from a second uplink subframe configuration and of the downlink, the information of the second uplink and downlink subframe configuration being included in a downlink control information message, DCI, and the DCI message being included in the at least one downlink subframe of the radio plot.
