Abstract  Abstract

The utility model relates to a method for delivering device of non-consecutive data blocks in enhanced uplink (EU) transmission. a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and one or more Node-B comprising one or more automatic repeat request (ARQ) /hybrid automatic repeat request (H-ARQ) processes for supporting an enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH). data block for transmission by the wireless transmitting/receiving unit is on the ordering entity of the Node B or a radio network controller (RNC) in the re-ordering. Upon identifying a missing data block activating a data in the Node B or wireless network controller the delivery timer and transmitting subsequent wireless transmission/receiving unit is monitored to determine whether the missing data block has been discarded by the wireless transmitting/receiving unit. Once the perception the missing data block is discarded the non-consecutive data blocks can be delivered to the higher layer.
