Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims method and wireless network device for receiving uplink data. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and a Node-B or more comprises one or a plurality of automatic repeat request (ARQ)/hybrid automatic repeat request (H-ARQ) process to support an enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH). The transmission of the wireless transmission/receiving unit to the data block is carried out the order in the order further entity of the Node B or a wireless network controller (RNC). Upon identifying a missing data block the starting delivery timer in the node B or the data in the first wireless network controller and monitoring the subsequent wireless transmitting/receiving unit to determine whether the missing data block by the wireless transmitting/receiving unit. Based on the discard of the missing data block identification the data block is delivered to the higher layer.
