Various embodiments include a device a method for generating a reference signal and resource distribution computer readable medium and system configuration. In various embodiments the radio communication device can comprises a control module the control module can be operated by the processor and configured to the transmission to the UE device for user equipment (UE) device specific parameters through a wireless communication interface wherein the parameter can be used by the eNB to generate the UE device to be transmitted to the user equipment specific reference signal (UE-RS). parameter can be used by a UE device for identifying UE-RS so as to promote a multi-input-multi-output demodulation of communication. In various embodiments the control module can be configured to store priority rule in the memory and to determine assigned to UE-RS resource of the other UE device based on distributing UE-RS resource and priority rule to UE device.

In various embodiments a control module may be configured to store in memory priority rules and to determine a UE-RS resource allocated to another UE device based on a UE-RS resource allocated to the UE device and the priority rules.
