METHOD SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR WARNING IN PUBLIC EMERGENCY BROADCASTING SYSTEM

Abstract

A method system and device for warning in a public emergency broadcasting system are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. And the method includes the steps of: receiving a paging request message; deciding to start entering a non-discontinuous reception mode to continue the reception of the remaining portion of a primary notification message when the paging request message comprises a portion of the primary notification message or an indication; exiting the non-discontinuous reception mode when the primary notification message is received completely ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â or starting a timer when it is started to enter the non-discontinuous reception mode and exiting the non-discontinuous reception mode when the timer overtimes. In the present invention only if received paging request message comprises a portion of the primary notification message or an indication a terminal enters the non-discontinuous reception mode and can exit the non-discontinuous reception mode if necessary.
