Abstract
The present invention relates to a method, apparatus, and system for transmitting a downlink pilot, and solves a problem of different power of an OFDM code due to a walsh code. The transmission method uses a code division multiplexing (CDM) scheme or employs a hybrid scheme of CDM and frequency division multiplexing (FDM) to transmit a dedicated pilot. Here, on a resource for transmitting a dedicated pilot, an orthogonal sequence set for the dedicated pilot is configured according to the set frequency domain granularity and rules, and the dedicated pilots in each frequency domain granularity employ the same orthogonal sequence set.
