Abstract  Abstract

A downlink pilot transmission method, apparatus and system, which solves the problem of power mismatch on an OFDM code using a Walsh code. The transmission method uses a code division multiplexing (CDM) scheme or a mixed scheme of CDM and frequency division duplex (FDM) to transmit dedicated pilots, of which the resources for transmitting dedicated pilots depend on the frequency domain granularity and rules set. Orthogonal sequences are arranged in the dedicated pilots, and similar orthogonal sequence sets are arranged in dedicated pilots in each frequency domain granularity. (Selection) Figure 1
