Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for directing the deactivation of a half-continuous scheduling process for reducing signaling overhead is provided to notify a terminal of SPS deactivation by using an RIV(Resource Indication Value). CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) fills a binary field in order to deactivate SPS(Semi-Persistent Scheduling)(S2101). Resource allocation information is included in a downlink control channel. The binary field indicates the resource allocation information. The base station transmits a down link-control channel to the terminal(S2102). The terminal receives the down link-control channel from the base station(S2103). In case binary field is filled with a 1, the terminal deactivates the scheduling(S2104).
