PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for deactivating semi-persistent scheduling in a wireless mobile communication system.

SOLUTION: In a resource allocation releasing method for releasing resource allocation in a wireless mobile communication system: a base station transmits a downlink control channel to a terminal; the terminal receives the downlink control channel containing resource allocation information; and the terminal deactivates the semi-persistent scheduling when a binary field indicating the resource allocation information contained in the downlink control channel is entirely filled with 1.
