The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for deactivating semi-persistent scheduling in a wireless mobile communication system. A method for deallocating resources in a radio mobile communication system, wherein a base station transmits a downlink control channel to a terminal, and the terminal receives a downlink control channel including resource allocation information. The terminal deactivates the semi-persistent scheduling when both binary fields indicating resource allocation information included in the downlink control channel are filled with “1”.
