Abstract
Cell-to-base station system the user equipment (UE) performing handover techniques are described. The UE the target base station from the source base station to perform handover to the handover a command can be received. The source base station UE sends context information to the base station. In this context information may for all cells of the target base station is available. The UE the base station from the serving cell of the source the second target base station 1 can attempt handover to the cell. The UE the second (i) from the source base station 1 of the first and second cell 2 receiving a cell or from the source base station (ii) second 1 of receive only cell based on broadcast system information the first 2 cell can be determined.
