Abstract
Cell-to-base station system the user equipment (UE) performing handover techniques are described. The UE the target base station from the source base station to perform handover to the handover a command can be received. The source base station UE sends context information to the base station. The UE the base station from the serving cell of the source the second target base station 1 can attempt handover to the cell.
