A procedure for receiving information from the system, SI, by a user equipment, UE, in a wireless communication system, the procedure comprising: receiving (S1110), from a base station, BS, SI at least which is periodically broadcast, the Minimum SI that includes information indicating whether an SI message for another SI is broadcast periodically or provisioned on demand, and the configuration information on a physical random access channel, PRACH, in which the configuration information includes information about the resource PRACH for the other YES; in case the information indicates that the SI message for the other SI is provisioned on demand, transmitting (S1120), to the BS, a PRACH preamble corresponding to the SI message based on the configuration information; and receiving (S1130), from the BS, the SI message for the other SI in response to the PRACH preamble.
