Abstract  Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus for network access being configured to execute instructions stored in a storage medium to perform operations comprising: obtaining data transmission configuration information wherein the data transmission configuration information comprises start time an effective duration of data transmission and randomization granularity; determining service triggering time according to a predetermined triggering time randomization policy; and at the determined service triggering time initiating a random access request procedure; wherein the determining the service triggering time according to the predetermined triggering time randomization policy comprises: calculating a time span of the data transmission according to the start time and the effective duration of the data transmission; dividing the time span into at least one time interval according to the randomization granularity; randomly selecting a time interval from the at least one time interval wherein start time of the selected time interval is the service triggering time.
