Abstract  Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide a network access method apparatus and network access system which relate to the field of communications technologies and are used to solve the problem of access congestion without adding signaling loads to the network. The network access method includes: transmitting by a base station data transmission configuration information to a terminal wherein the data transmission configuration information comprises start time an effective duration of data transmission and randomization granularity wherein a time span is calculated by the terminal according to the start time and the effective duration of the data transmission; receiving by the base station a random access request wherein the random access request is sent by the terminal when a service triggering time arrives the service triggering time is a start time of a time interval randomly selected by the terminal from at least one time interval and the at least one time interval is obtained by the terminal by dividing the time span according to the randomization granularity. The method and apparatus provided by the embodiments of the present invention are applicable to all radio communication systems.
