Abstract
A Generic Access Network GAN and a method for implementing services by using the GAN are disclosed. The GAN is configured to connect a generic IP network with a target network and includes a Generic Access Network Controller GANC configured to enable a UE to access the target network via the generic IP network. The GANC includes: a user interface configured to connect the UE; and a Policy and Charging Control interface configured to trigger a process of establishing bearers of the generic IP network.
