Abstract
The invention relates to the wireless communication field and claims a synchronous terminal state in a general access network method and device the GAN network can correctly obtain related state context information of the terminal. In the invention the terminal reporting circuit domain and grouping domain state information to the network side device of the GAN; process of the terminal according to the received circuit domain and grouping domain state information of the network side device. after terminal can joint of between the reconstruction and the GAN the GANC reporting circuit domain and grouping domain state information in GAN mode. terminal can report circuit domain and grouping domain state information in GERAN/UTRAN mode for GANC in registering flow. terminal also can lower the GERAN/UTRAN mode of circuit domain or grouping domain state is changed initiating registration update process.
