Abstract
A method and device for implementing the network cognition are provided in the present invention. The method comprises: determining the type of the received network task; selecting, according to the type of the received network task, at least one cognition-capability-identification corresponding to the type of the network task, wherein the cognition-capability-identification is used for identifying the cognition capability of the network device; implementing the network device having at least one cognition-capability-identification as the alternative network device; determining the alternative network device whose cognition-capability-identification meets the execution conditions of the network task in the alternative network devices as the target network device; controlling the target network device to perform the network task. With the method for implementing the network cognition provided by the present invention, by identifying the cognition capability for the network device, the cognition capability of each network device is identified to enable the obvious representation of the differences among the network devices, then it is determined, according to the cognition-capability-identifications of different devices, whether the network task needs to be performed, and the device meeting the conditions of the network task is selected to implement the network task, which guarantees the successful completion of the network task.
