Abstract
1. A method for implementing a cognitive network, comprising the steps of: determining the type of received network task; in accordance with the type of received network task, at least one cognitive ability identifier corresponding to the type of network task is selected, the cognitive ability identifier being configured to identify cognitive ability network devices; use network devices with this at least one cognitive capacity identifier as alternative network devices; determine that a ternativnoe network device that is among said alternative network devices and a cognitive ability, which satisfies the condition for performing the network problem is the target network device; and control the target network device to perform a network task. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein said at least one cognitive ability identifier comprises an identifier indicating the cognitive ability of the network device and the level of cognitive ability. The method according to claim 2, in which the target network devices are determined in accordance with the following process, comprising the steps of: determining, in accordance with an identifier indicating the cognitive ability of the network device and the level of cognitive ability, that an alternative network device, the level of cognitive ability of which satisfies the aforementioned condition for performing a network task, is a target network device. 4.
