Abstract  Abstract

A method for data transmission a base station and a communications system are provided by the present invention and are used in communications field. The method includes: determining to realize semi-persistent scheduling for data of a user equipment; setting the first information value for the user equipment to make the user equipment determine a cyclic shift value of a reference signal sequence of the user equipment according to the first information value (101); obtaining the reference signal sequence of the user equipment estimating a channel according to the reference signal sequence of the user equipment and demodulating the data information of the user equipment according to channel parameters obtained from the channel estimation (102). When the uplink data are transmitted by the way of semi-persistent scheduling the present invention enables different user equipments to transmit data on same time-frequency resources and therefore improves the frequency utilization efficiency.
