Abstract  Abstract

FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to a user terminal and a base station connected to each other in a mobile communication system. The base station comprises a determination module which determines whether to retransmit an uplink signal received from the user terminal, a control information generating module which generates control information which allows the user terminal to transmit the uplink signal, and a transmitting module which transmits the control information to the user terminal. Also, in the base station, if the determination module determines that the uplink signal must be retransmitted, the control information generating module generates control information in a way that it includes information on retransmission, which indicates that the uplink signal previously transmitted from the user terminal must be retransmitted. ^ EFFECT: high efficiency of communication in an uplink. ^ 4 cl, 12 dwg
