A user equipment terminal (1001, 1002, 1003) that communicates with a base station apparatus in a mobile communication system, comprising: a control information receiving unit configured to receive control information and error detection codes of the control information, the control information specifying a source for an uplink signal and allowing a new transmission or retransmission of an uplink signal; a transmission unit configured to transmit the uplink signal using the resource specified by the information control; and a recognition information reception unit configured to receive recognition information indicating whether an uplink signal transmitted before is going to be retransmitted characterized in that upon receiving both the control information and the recognition information in the same submarine, the user equipment terminal transmits a new uplink signal or retransmits the uplink signal based on the control information regardless of what the acknowledgment information indicates.
