Abstract
FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method and a device for detecting failure in a radio link (RL) for an uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) channels in a long-term evolution (LTD) communication system. The system includes at least one wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) and at least one evolved Node-B (eNodeB). It is determined whether status synchronisation RL or synchronisation absence status is present.
