FIELD: instrument engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: there are disclosed methods systems and devices intended for dispersal of group of user equipment (UE) concentrated within one channel. Therefor receiving of UE dispersal command is followed with selecting a channel and then a cell. The channel selection can involve application of random or pseudorandom function. The cell selection can precede arrangement in a cell. Before UE arrangement admissibility of the proper cell can be tested and/or repeated cell selection can be performed. The result of the repeated selection is that UE are distributed among many channels. ^ EFFECT: possibility for UE channel dispersal in response to the dispersal command by the effective and simple method so that the resultant load is balanced between channels and cells. ^ 29 cl 7 dwg
