Abstract  Abstract

Methods and apparatus for reporting available transmission power (PH) of a user terminal in a wireless communication system having a plurality of integrated reverse carriers are provided. The available transmission output (PH) is calculated for the PHR-triggered uplink carrier on which the available transmission output message is triggered. An available transmission output message (PHR) containing the available transmission output (PH) and an identifier of the PHR-triggered uplink carrier triggered by the available transmission output message is generated and transmitted to the network. In addition, an available transmission output message (PHR) including the available transmission output (PH) is generated, and the available transmission output message is transmitted to a plurality of usable transmission output messages (PHR) set to correspond to a triggered uplink carrier And is transmitted to the network via one of the PHR-transmitting uplink carriers.
