Abstract  Abstract

provides a method and apparatus for a wireless communication system with uplink link of a plurality of aggregated carriers in reporting the power headroom (PH) of user equipment (UE). calculating the power headroom report (PHR) trigger the uplink carrier of pH. the PH and PHR PHR generates a trigger identifier of uplink carrier and transmits the PHR to the network. Similarly generating a pH of the PHR and transmitting the PHR to the network upper configured plurality of PHR for the PHR corresponding to appointed uplink carrier transmitting one uplink carrier.

Methods and apparatus are provided for reporting a Power Headroom(PH) of a User Equipment(UE) in a wireless communication system having a plurality of aggregated uplink carriers. The PH is calculated for a Power Headroom Report((R)-triggered uplink carrier. A PHR having the PH and an identifier of the PHR-triggered uplink carrier is generated and the PHR is transmitted to a network. Also a PHR having the PH is generated and the PHR is transmitted to a network over one of a plurality of PHR-transmitting uplink carriers configured to correspond to the PHR-triggered uplink carrier.
