PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for feeding back ACK/NACK information for carrier aggregation, and to provide a base station and a user apparatus.SOLUTION: A method for feeding back ACK/NACK information for carrier aggregation includes a step 11 for constituting a common field preset in downlink control information (DCI) as at least one type of command field related to ACK/NACK feedback of at least two types of command field related to the ACK/NACK feedback, and constituting the common field as a command field related to the ACK/NACK feedback, and a step 12 for transmitting DCI to a user apparatus so that the user apparatus feeds back ACK/NACK information according to the DCI.
