A random access response receiving method, comprising: after sending a non-contention based random access preamble to the network part, detecting (11) on a physical downlink control channel, according to an identifier dedicated, a control signaling masked by the dedicated identifier, wherein the dedicated identifier is a user equipment-specific temporary identifier configured by the network part for the user equipment (91), the dedicated identifier is notified to the user equipment (91) before the user equipment (91) sends the non-contention based random access preamble to the network part, and the control signaling comprises information about a downlink shared physical channel used to send a response random access together with the information required to decode the random access response; and receiving (12) the random access response on a corresponding downlink shared physical channel in accordance with the control signaling.
