A method for transmitting control information by a user equipment, the method comprising: receiving, by the user equipment, downlink assignment information through a control channel element, CCE, or several CCEs, in the that a CCE is a resource unit used for transmission control information; receive, by the user equipment, downlink data in accordance with the downlink assignment information; and transmit, by the user equipment, a serial of Acknowledgment / Acknowledgment of negative receipt, ACK / NACK corresponding to the downlink data, in which when the downlink assignment information is received through a CCE , a resource index for the ACK / NACK serial corresponds to the CCE index, in which when downlink assignment information is received through several CCEs, a resource index for the ACK / NACK serial corresponds to the lower of the CCE indices of the various CCEs.
