Abstract  Abstract

A user equipment receives downlink allocation information via one or plural control channel elements CCEs receives downlink data in accordance with the downlink allocation information; and transmits an Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement ACK/NACK signal corresponding to the downlink data by using a resource index for the ACK/NACK signal corresponding to the CCE index when the downlink allocation information is received via one CCE and a resource index for the ACK/NACK signal corresponding to the lowest one of the CCE indexes of the plural CCEs when the downlink allocation information is received via plural CCEs.
