A method of resource allocation comprising: determining (21) a physical channel area between multiple physical channel areas; and notify (22) the determined area of physical channel to a User Equipment, UE, through signaling so as to enable the UE to determine a confirmation information channel in the determined area of physical channel in accordance with a rule of correspondence, in which each of the multiple physical channel areas comprises at least one confirmation information channel, and the correspondence rule is a principle for selecting a confirmation information channel in the determined physical channel area to send or receive ACK / NACK information, and the method is characterized in that the multiple physical channel areas comprise: a CoMP Coordinated Multipoint area, and a non-CoMP area, the CoMP area is used by CoMP users exclusively to send the ACK / information NACK, and the ACK / NACK information sent in the CoMP area is modulated through specific sequences to CoMP users.
