The present invention discloses a session establishing method based on grouping data flow fee charging, which provides multiple methods for establishing a session between a TPF and a CRF, for example, the session between the TPF and the CRF can be established by each load bearing of each subscriber, the session between the TPF and the CRF can be established by each APN of each subscriber, and the session between the TPF and the CRF can be established by all load bearing of each subscriber. The present invention perfects a session establishing mechanism between the TPF and the CRF, so that the realization of the entire fee charging process is more complete. Moreover, the present invention provides multiple session establishing methods between the TPF and the CRF, and can perform flexible selection according to actual fee charging condition.
