Abstract
The invention claims a method used in the network node and method for use in an access point. the network node used in the method comprises a positive from the management area using radio access technology RAT operates on a first channel of a wireless transmit/receive unit WTRU receives device parameter transmits the device parameter to the TV band TVBD database; receiving enabling information from the TVBD database determining operating parameters for the WTRU based on the received enabling information and sending the operation parameters to the WTRU.
