Abstract  Abstract

The embodiment of the invention claims an uplink power control method user equipment and base station. the method comprises: receiving from the base station configuration information of the channel state information reference signal CSI-RS CSI-RS configuration information includes reference signal port information and reference signal power information for uplink power control based on measuring configuration information of the CSI-RS. The embodiment of the invention uses the CSI-RS measurement different from common CRS CSI-RS can be directed to a specific base station so it can be for uplink transmission of the target base station to be measured such that the loss compensation is matched with the actual path loss so as to improve the performance of the uplink power control.
